About the Founder
Dr. Rachael Charles is a faith-centered success and academic coach for teen girls who want to change the trajectory of their future and go from merely surviving, to thriving.
Having started her journey as an educator more than 25 years ago, Dr. Rachael is passionate about educating and helping young people achieve success early on. She opened her first mentorship program while still a high school student, and has helped many students learn to read, write, and thrive academically.

Dr. Rachael has worked in ministry since childhood, serving as a Vacation Bible School teacher, worship leader, musician, youth leader, Bible study teacher, and conference speaker, among others. She is a certified life and career coach, helping teenagers to DISCOVER, DEVELOP, and DEPLOY their God-given purpose with CLARITY, CONFIDENCE and COURAGE.
Dr. Rachael is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Boston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, a master’s degree in management and leadership and a master's degree in education. She most recently completed a doctorate in education and is a dedicated lifelong learner.
